Returns

If you want to proceed with a product return, for any reason, all you have to do is call Acs Courier and have them come and collect the package from your location. When we receive the returned product, we will contact you to let us know what you want it replaced with.

Returns Rules:

  1. The product must be in its original condition and no more than 14 business days must have passed since the order was placed. Products that have been washed, damaged, had the tag thrown off, etc. will NOT be accepted.
  2. The amount paid will be refunded in full or you can use it for subsequent purchases in our online store depending on the type of product or the buyer's will, within 14 days.
  3. The cost of shipping in case of return is 5€.

We remind you that the cost of shipping costs are Courier fees and are not exploited by LONSDALE HELLAS.

Reasons for returns:

The most frequent reasons for returns worldwide are the wrong choice of noomer, not informing the customer correctly and the possibility of receiving defective merchandise. At Lonsdale we have implemented some methods by which we minimize the possibility of returning goods for any of the above reasons.

  • In each presentation you will find several photos as well as a description of the product to give you the best possible idea of what you are buying. Also you can contact us to give you extra information if you are unsure about your purchase.
  • All products before they are shipped, we put them through a 2-step quality control to eliminate the chances of you receiving a defective product.
  • On our website there is a size chart so that you don't make a mistake in the size you choose.

In any case, the customer has the right to proceed with a product exchange as long as they follow the basic rules of returns listed above.
