Pricing
The indicated prices of all products sold on the Company's Website are retail prices and include VAT. The final cost of each order will be calculated after adding to the retail price of each product the costs of packaging (if any) and shipping, the amount of which will be notified to our customers prior to the submission of their order. The price charged to the customer is the price in force at the time of the order. The Company reserves the right to amend the prices of its products, however, any such amendment will not affect orders already dispatched which have been accepted by the Company. The Company provides you with the opportunity, when placing your order, to select the type of document you wish to be issued, retail receipt or invoice, by completing the relevant field on the Website. The transaction will be considered completed only after the Company sends a written electronic confirmation. It is noted that the Company may withdraw and not fulfil an order, without justification, in which case the price already received, if any, will be refunded.
Product Guarantees
The Company accompanies the products available through its Website with the relevant manufacturer's warranties, where such warranties exist. The Company does not offer any further warranty (temporal or otherwise), except where expressly provided for. In the event that a product has a defect covered by a arranty, the shipment of the product for repair to our Company's headquarters and/or the respective Representative Office, as well as the subsequent collection of the product in question, will be at the customer's expense.
Dispatch of Products
Most products are shipped within 1~3 working days after telephone consultation.
All deliveries are made on all working days Monday to Friday 09.00 - 20.00 & Saturday 09.00 - 14.00 (Within Attica).
Risk of damage or destruction of products
Shipped products are covered by insurance against damage or loss during transport. The validity of this insurance ceases from the moment the product is delivered to the customer.
Returns of Products / Assignment
To avoid your own inconvenience, we would recommend that at the time of delivery of your order you pay attention to the condition of the product sold and the intactness of its packaging in order to detect any obvious defects such as incorrect product shipment, broken product, incomplete parts, etc. Returns of products that have been sold through our Company's Website are provided in the following cases:
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to withdraw without notice and return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of its receipt. The product must be in its original condition, unused, its packaging must be intact (closed) and include the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
In case of a defective product, in terms of its function (DOA), the customer has the right of withdrawal with a refund or replacement of the defective product with a new one or replacement with another model of his choice at a corresponding price (for price differences contact the store is necessary) within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of this. In this case, the costs of return (or new shipment, in the case of replacement / exchange) will be borne by the Company.
In the case of a damaged product, the customer has the right of withdrawal with a refund or replacement of the defective product with a new one or replacement with another model of his choice at a corresponding price (for price differences, contacting the store is necessary) provided that the product has been checked upon receipt, in the presence of the carrier (note that the carrier is obliged to remain during the process of unsealing the products). In this case, the costs of return (or new shipment, in cases of replacement/exchange) will be borne by the Company.
In case of incorrect shipment of a product, which is due to the Company or its suppliers/partners, the customer will have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the same. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, its packaging must be intact and include the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the Company.
In the above cases, the customer will be responsible for the loss or deterioration of the products until they are returned to the Company. Accordingly, we recommend that returns are made either by registered letter from the ELTA or by using courier services.
In the event that a deposit has been paid, by any means of payment, for an order containing products with an "on demand" availability status, there will be no right of withdrawal.
Minors
The use of the Website by persons who have not attained the age of 18 or who do not have the legal capacity required by law is prohibited.
General Terms and Conditions of Use
If any of the above Terms and Conditions of Use is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that term shall be deemed not to have been written, without affecting the enforceability and validity of the remaining terms.
